We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@PrintyNotes.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at Support@PrintyNotes.com if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without any justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
